Interactive topics include group discussions, shareable takeaways and a host of joyful healthy fun. A light bite is offered and refreshing herbal tea served to set the tone. Workshops begin on time, so plan to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled session and consider asking a friend to join you for any of the workshops. I’ve found that when a support system is in place, the participant's results do Create A Path to Healthy Ever After!

TO BECOME A HEALTHIER VERSION OF YOURSELF TOMORROW

This program is directed to those that wish to expand in all areas of their life and also includes personal self-development on a deeper level. The categories that are referenced below are the starting point. This is a self-awareness workshop that develops the tools necessary to enhance all aspects of your life and your health. The program is available in a group-like setting which has been proven to offer many advantages, especially during the discussion time.

Included: The Coach will provide the necessary workshop materials which are included in the Workshop Fee. The program is one hour in length and will sometimes be extended depending on the goals the participants wish to take-away. Some of the broader categories are listed below which is our starting point, several sub-categories will be explained once the initial workshop step has been completed. Each participant will be provided with a single (included with fee) one-on-one with the Coach for an additional 20-Minute session, for additional guidance, Coach Recommendations and a simplified action steps protocol. If further sessions are needed or requested, the participant will be asked to schedule a follow-up paid Coaching Session. Fees are applicable and pertain to the number of participants.

If you are enrolled already, you will be required to complete a self-evaluation questionnaire referencing what is working in your current life versus what you desire. The program expands, with tangible discussions that help you to create the path you DESIRE, WANT, and NEED. When everything is going well in your life you will see the correlation between good health and overall happiness. If a specific area is out of alignment, disease can creep in whether it is emotional or physically related. This workshop requires that the client share some personal information with the Coach, however, discretion is advised.
