Retreats Private / Single/ Groups

Retreats are offered as single one-on-one’s which allow individuals the time to examine supportive natural health protocols that could be necessary to establish a healthy lifestyle in all areas of your life. If you are seeking a private retreat, this opportunity offers emotional healing on a deeper level. Some clients prefer a more individual experience over a group experience.

Retreats in a group setting are available, however, the size is kept to small groups of no larger than four people so that personal development, learning, relaxing, and re-energizing become the main focus. Some clients prefer a group setting to meet like-minded people as part of their Health Journey. Group and individual discussions occur each day as part of the retreat.

All retreats are custom with a wide variety of choices outlined that the participant can personally embrace. If you are joining a group retreat, the group choices are taken into consideration. We’ve found that involvement on the part of the participant in the pre-planning stages has greater effectiveness during the retreat. When the individual returns back to their normal home and work environment, they will already have established a new healthy lifestyle pattern that helps eliminate the stressors that before were recognizable, unrecognizable or possibly where you found yourself “stuck”. It’s Time to Release & Let Go!

Hiking

Getting outdoors is imperative to a good healthy lifestyle. In today’s world we spend more time indoors, forgetting how “play” is available OUTDOORS for free. Fresh air, blue sky, hiking trails with beautiful scenic outlooks, winding trails that remind us we are not always on the path we think we are on, and that is OK, vortex healing energy experiences, meditation with mother earth, are a part of these excursions.

Your comfort and level of the hike chosen, whether easy or moderate, is taken into consideration and will also include the amount of time you wish to explore. Most hikes range from 1 to 3 hours on foot but allow ample time to take photos and enjoy the pleasures nature offers. Proper hydration, footwear and clothing is recommended. You will receive a list of trek gear recommended in advance. If your preference is not to hike but you want to explore the outdoors, “car excursions” with scenic drives are also available including a picnic lunch.

 

Spa

Enjoy a spa treatment. Take time during your retreat to book a personalized spa treatment. There are many selections to choose from that will enhance your overall retreat experience. A spa treatment is a good way to rejuvenate the body after a day of healthy lifestyle classwork has concluded. If you make time during the retreat to process the mind, body connection and how your health is related, this will add to your spa experience and provide many healing benefits to your overall health.

Japanese art of healing, when we take this excursion into the woods, is where nature and environment encompass your five senses.

Sight: The forest or garden and the journey, light/darkness, clouds, mountains, the moon, sun, stars, colors, shape, movement of the trees, plants, flowers

Smell: The smell of nature and the outdoors

Hearing: The sound of a twig breaking under your feet, your walk, birds chirping, animals playing, a stream or creek running

Taste: Water, enjoyment of a picnic - This excursion concludes with a cup of tea and journaling your experience

Touch: Touch nature, feel its texture, reduce stress

This excursion is a health healing modality to bring nature into your own living environment. Results vary, in areas such as, your parasympathetic nervous system and the reduction of stress, lowering your blood pressure, decrease in pulse rate and a decrease in the stress hormone cortisol which leaves the participant with a feeling of relaxation, calm, refreshed!
