What Does Wellness Look Like? Do Your Emotions & Beliefs Affect Your Health?

ILLNESS:

Have you heard people tell you it’s all in your mind? Supposedly that's what is causing your illness, yet intuitively you understand it is your body’s own immune defense that isn’t working properly. Not sure how to fix it, you patch it up…  masking it with a  'quick fix'. After all, your life doesn’t allow you to be sick, again. You find yourself scheduling doctor visits and hoping the prescribed medication will work... You Really Do Not Have Time to Be Sick... and then you find yourself repeating the cycle all over, never addressing the 'cause'.

Your awareness of the health situation is where your health meets healing.

EMOTIONS:

Have you thought about a correlation between your emotions & the illness you have? Understanding how emotions attach themselves to your cells is something to be mindful of. It wasn’t until Marianne was diagnosed with Cancer that she understood the correlation between the two.

When she began treating Cancer as an emotion, the healing process began. 

FEAR:

Fear is a lack of options, which then leads itself to a lack of hope. Do you know someone that hasn’t been to a doctor or health practitioner because of FEAR, perhaps afraid of what it might be? What if your mindset was focused on Preventive Health rather than Fear-based health? This Coaching program provides the opportunity to eradicate the FEAR mindset.

DIET: 

Diet Is very important to your overall health & wellness. Your body needs good nutritional food daily. The National Health Diet otherwise known as our lack of good food sourcing combined with personal choices may lack the nutrients that keep one's immune system operating at optimum health.  As part of my Coaching program, we will consider options looking at you as a whole person, your normal everyday lifestyle patterns, relationships, and your diet. Are you consuming “organic food” or is your diet mainly pre-processed food. Where are you challenged?

What calls out to you that you would like to change about your Diet? Let’s change it!

HEALTHY DIET:

Wellness looks like… establishing a healthy diet pattern along with omitting old belief systems about your body, such as:

  • It runs in my family
  • I think it’s genetic, I cannot do it & my mom couldn’t either
  • My body type doesn’t work that way
  • I just turned 50 so I guess I should have some illness
  • I’ll just grab a quick bite of this and eat better later, but later rarely happens
  • I don’t have the time.

A Healthy Diet Is Imperative To A Healthy Life!

ENVIRONMENT:

What about the environment and your health? Have you given any thoughts to the side effects of chemical-induced products we use daily that keep toxins trapped in our bodies? Do you read ingredient labels and ask questions when prescribed any medications? Are you knowledgeable about good vs. bad chemicals or do you wait for a service provider to run an advertisement with all the scary side effects that could be potentially damaging your health?

Collaborating with your doctor and health coach so they understand your goals for an overall healthy lifestyle is very important. The people you surround yourself with, in your everyday life, should be advocates for good health.
